You can browse every page freely. The only details we receive are the ones you send us through one of its two forms.
What the forms collect, and why
- Contact us: your name, your email, your question and, if you add it, your phone number. We use these to reply to you.
- Request this order: your name, your email, the products and quantities in your cart and, if you add them, your phone number and notes. We use these to confirm your order, its total and its delivery with you.
Who receives it
Your message is delivered to us by Resend, the service that sends our email, and is read by the people who work here. It is not sold, rented or shared with anyone else, and we do not use it to advertise to you.
How long it is kept
Your details are kept until you ask us to delete them or for [retention months] months, whichever comes first.
Your cart, cookies and analytics
Your cart is saved in your own browser, on your device, so it is still there when you come back. It reaches us only when you send an order request, and clearing your browser’s site data removes it.
Your cart is the only thing this site stores, and it stays on your device.
Our hosting provider records your IP address when you load a page, as any web host does. We use it for one thing: limiting how often the same visitor can submit a form, so the inbox is not flooded. We do not use it to identify you and we do not combine it with anything else.
